Sound Bath at the Sauna Village with Wild Rhythm
/
Sound Bath at the Sauna Village. Wednesday 16 December, 8pm.
This 60-minute session brings together the gentle heat of our Sisu sauna and a live sound bath with our friends at Wild Rhythm. The sauna is kept at a softer 60°C, so you can settle in, get comfortable and stay with it for the whole session.
We start by easing into the warmth and letting the day go. As the heat loosens tension and the mind starts to quiet, Wild Rhythm begin to play. Gongs and singing bowls fill the space with deep, resonant tones and overtones that you feel as much as hear.
Warming the body first helps you let go more easily, so when the sound comes, it lands deeper and feels more restorative. You’ll leave slow, warm and properly rested, just in time for the Christmas rush.
It’s a small one, with just 12 spaces, so don’t leave it too late.
