Communal Sauna - Sandy Bay

You can book your sauna session directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred date and time, and complete the checkout process.

• More than 48 hours before your session: you can cancel for a full refund or reschedule free of charge.
• Less than 48 hours before your session: bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you do not attend your booking without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. A £10 per person no-show fee will be applied.

To avoid charges, we recommend notifying us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If conditions are safe, sessions will continue as planned, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

If a Met Office weather warning is in place, you may request a voucher valid for 12 months by contacting us before 4 PM the day before your session.

If we need to cancel your session due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

Please book online before you come, it's the only way to guarantee a spot. If you arrive without a booking and there's space, we'll book you in at the front desk before your session starts. Sessions start on the hour.
