Given our limited space in our "hanging area", we recommend bringing only essential personal items. For your safety, we kindly ask that you do not add logs to the stove. This is outlined in our Terms and Conditions. The stove becomes extremely hot during the session, so please avoid touching the rocks, stove, or opening the door at any time. The sauna host on-site will handle everything to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Can I pour water on the stoves rocks?
Can I pour water on the stoves rocks?
Yes, you can gently pour water on the rocks using the ladle we provide. However, we kindly ask that you avoid "water dumping", throwing large amounts of water on the rocks at once, as this lowers the sauna temperature and affects the experience for future guests. Instead, embrace the löyly (steam) as they do in Finland, where this moment is considered deeply spiritual. Enjoy the gentle hiss and the connection it brings.
