What to expect: A guided sound experience designed to deepen the ritual. Traditional birch leaf whisking to get circulation moving. Heat and cold in contrast. The full moon overhead for all of it.

This is sauna as ceremony, not trend. Limited to 8 people per session for intimacy and presence.
