Join us on Sunday, 12th January for a unique and rejuvenating experience under the full moon. This Soundbath + Sauna event, in collaboration with Liv from Zen Tribe, combines the healing powers of sauna therapy and the soothing resonance of sound vibrations for a truly transformative evening.
What to Expect:
- Fireside Meditation: Begin the evening by centering your mind and setting intentions.
- Soundbath in the Sauna: Guided by Liv, experience harmonic vibrations from crystal bowls that promote deep relaxation, release tension, and clear the mind, all within the comforting warmth of our Finnish sauna.
- Sea Dip: (Optional) Cool down and invigorate your body between sauna rounds
- Hot Drinks: Enjoy a cosy beverage around the fire at Grow & Grind.
Session Times:
- Session 1: 17:00 - 18:30 (10 person capacity)
- Session 2: 18:30 - 20:00 (10 person capacity)
How It Works:
Each sauna round will last approximately 10-15 minutes, interspersed with time for cooling down with an optional sea dip and warm drink around the fire.
