At Hikitalo Ltd, we currently do not offer shipping for our products. All items purchased from our online store are available for collection only.

Collection Process

Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please retain this email as it will be required for collection.

Ready for Collection: You will receive a notification via email or text message when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before arriving at the collection point.

Identification: When collecting your order, please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email. If someone is collecting on your behalf, please inform us in advance and ensure they bring the necessary identification.
Order Holding Period
We will hold your order for collection for up to 14 days from the time you receive your "Ready for Collection" notification. If you are unable to collect your order within this time frame, please contact us to make alternative arrangements. If no collection is made within this period and no alternative arrangements have been made, your order may be canceled, and a refund issued.
Changes to Collection
If you need to change your collection date or time, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
