You can book your sauna session directly through our website. Simply choose your preferred date and time, and complete the checkout process.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

- More than 48 hours before your session: You can cancel for a full refund or reschedule free of charge.
- Less than 48 hours before your session: Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you do not attend your booking without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. A £10 per person no-show fee will be applied.
To avoid charges, we recommend notifying us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If conditions are safe, sessions will continue as planned, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.
If a Met Office weather warning is in place, you may request a voucher valid for 12 months by contacting us before 4 PM the day before your session.
If we need to cancel your session due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

Yes, we do accept walk-ins, but we highly recommend bookingin advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins will be accommodated if there is space and all sessions start on the hour.
